Justina has been with Joel Payne Associates since 1998 and is the Director of Administrative Operations.
Her vast experience in all aspects of our business has been instrumental in delivering top talent to our clients. "She enjoys the many aspects of the recruiting process especially helping our clients and candidates reach their career goals."
Some of her duties include the indoctrination and training of all new hires, assist in accounting, helping to establish fee agreements with our clients, and directing the research staff.
Prior to joining JPA Justina worked in retail and restaurant management for over fourteen years.
Justina’s family life is a busy one! On her off time Justina loves to go camping, and to the beach with her husband,two children, and her new granddaughter.
